Does the miraculous weight loss product exist? Let’s analyze 4 of the so-called “miraculous slimming products”

Does the miraculous weight loss product existThey are all looking for the miraculous weight loss product, the one that allows people to lose weight and burn fat without making any effort. The question that everyone is asking is: is there a similar weight loss product in the market?

The answer is unfortunately negative, there is no miraculous weight loss product but there are some products that if taken in the right way and combined with a healthy diet will certainly help you lose weight and get back into shape. In this article we present 4 products that were presented as “the Holy Grail of slimming products” but which in reality turned out to be colossal hoaxes, useful only to fill the bank accounts of some unscrupulous pharmaceutical company.

Green coffee beans Extracts

Extracts of green coffee beans. This is perhaps one of the most famous slimming supplements and that according to its estimators will allow you to lose weight thanks to the effects of the chlorine-based acid present in unroasted coffee beans. According to Dr. Oz (well-known doctor and American presenter) in one of his episodes of 2012, the products based on this extract are the miraculous weight loss product. Dr. Oz also cited a study related to this extract where some people who had taken a product based on green coffee extracts had lost several kilos of weight. It should be noted however, that this study had been funded by a company that sold slimming products containing this extract. We leave you therefore to sense the partiality that surely this study will have had.

This supposed slimming supplement could also be harmful, as a recent research suggests. A study in mice, published last year in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, found that chlorogenic acid in the extract of green coffee beans does not help prevent weight gain in mice fed on a diet rich in fat, but rather it has been linked to a build-up of unhealthy fat in the liver.

Raspberry Ketone

Raspberry Ketone (Raspberry Ketone). Another definitive supplement as “the miraculous weight loss product”. This compound is found in raspberries and has been tested on rats but never on humans. Some animal research has suggested that it could slightly increase the metabolism. However, there is no reliable scientific evidence that improves weight loss in people, and no study has examined the safety of the slimming product in question at the right dosage.

Garcinia Cambogia Extract

Garcinia Cambogia Extract. Garcinia Cambogia is a small, tasty fruit originating from Southeast Asia, and has been described by Dr. Oz as “the newest and fastest fat burner in the market”. The extract contains a compound called hydroxycitric acid (HCA) that is being promoted for weight loss, but studies related to this acid have not given reliable results. A study published in The Journal of the American Medical Association in 1998 on two separate groups of people also found that people who had taken the supplement as part of their weight loss diet had lost less weight than people who took a placebo.

African Mango

African Mango. Irvingia, or African mango extract, is another product touted for weight loss by Dr. Oz. Called for months as the “miraculous weight loss product” (without any scientific proof), in 2013 a serious study published in the Journal of Dietary Supplements concluded that the effects of this body weight supplement are not proven and as a result, the supplement can not be recommended as an effective product to lose weight.

Saffron extract

Saffron extract. This expensive spice is often used in the kitchen. Slimming products based on saffron extracts have recently been on the market and promise to make you lose weight and improve your mood, but no independent clinical study has been carried out to understand if this extract is really effective for losing weight.

These are just some of the “miraculous slimming products” which have since proved useless in order to lose weight. It is very important to do the necessary research before buying a slimming product to be sure that it will really allow you to lose weight and burn fat !.
